Benjamin is licensed as a professional counselor and has spent over 10 years working with families and individuals to improve their lives. After graduating with a Masters in Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University – College at Florham, he began working in both small and large social service agencies. His experiences are varied, having worked in both school settings, an out of district therapeutic school, as well as a local psychiatric screening center.
He is primarily a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, but utilizes many other eclectic modalities in order to help individuals achieve their goals. A strength based therapist, Benjamin is looking to build on the positives that we as people have. Having worked in many different setting, he has experience with mood disorders such as depression and bipolar, anxiety issues, as well as social adjustment issues.
