Rachel FitzGerald joined our team in 2017. She is a seasoned office manager with over 20 years’ experience, is dedicated to ensuring a smooth-running operation and a productive work environment. Rachel does everything with a smile and positive attitude. She excels at managing schedules, coordinating projects and implementing new office policies to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety, as well as assists in developing infra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation.
She is passionate about creating a comfortable and efficient workspace for all employees, ensuring that their needs are met and that the office functions at its peak. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys baking, hiking with her family and volunteering at her children’s school functions.
