
Jan spent over 33 years working in schools and brings her experience and understanding of child/adolescent development, challenges as well as the culture of schools to our practice setting. Jan works with clients of all ages managing various life challenges such as feeling overwhelmed, anxiety, depression, or relationship issues. Jan utilizes various techniques from a cognitive behavioral perspective, solution focused or play therapy approach. Jan integrates her yoga training (including LifeForce Yoga), mindfulness, and hypnosis into her sessions. Jan believes that supporting clients from a holistic perspective helps promote positive coping strategies to life challenges.
