Ryan Engelstad, LCSW


Ryan Engelstad is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 8 years of experience working with populations including adolescents, young adults, and adults. Ryan holds a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University and has a background in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and solution focused therapy. He has experience working with individuals and their families on such issues as addictions, depression/anxiety, parent/child relationship problems, men’s issues, and grief and loss. Ryan has also run groups for clients with substance abuse and mental health issues, which cover topics such as trust, anger management, relapse prevention, social/coping skills, and family communication. Ryan’s goal is to help clients identify solutions and techniques that will help them cope with life effectively.
