“Sometimes people get stuck in patterns that make life feel unsatisfying and empty. Maybe you feel depressed, anxious or frustrated with yourself or others. Psychotherapy allows you the space to understand how your past and present thoughts and experiences can create unhealthy patterns that become ingrained in your thinking and can leave you feeling stuck. I believe I have a natural way with people, young and old, male and female. I work with my patients to develop healthier patterns and enable them to more aware of their own strengths and abilities to illicit change in their own lives.”
