A seasoned clinician with 16 years of clinical experience in a variety of mental health settings, Kathy is prepared to help you identify and work through your issues. She has experience in treating a wide range of problems, from persons suffering from trauma (PTSD), to relational issues, to anxiety and depression. As a therapist, her goal is to help her clients achieve their goals. She received her Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. She enjoys working with clients of all ages, including children and teens. Kathy is trained and certified in two therapy modalities called EMDR and Brainspotting, which use eye movement or focused eye position (respectively) to help the brain produce desired changes.
